Weddings at LaSalle

We offer two options for those interested in Weddings at LaSalle, The first is to rent our space and have our Wedding Coordinator work with your officiant and family to host your event, mainly using our space to house your event. The second option is to have one of our pastors involved in officiating, premarital counseling, and helping plan and lead the wedding itself. A FEW FACTS

Weddings at LaSalle have enjoyed the beautiful soaring ceilings, colorful stained glass, and sun pouring in from all sides. Our historic space has modern amenities upstairs and in the lower level, as well as potential use of our full kitchen and event hall one block away in Cornerstone Center.

This large event space in Cornerstone, Leslie Hall, holds 200 at tables, full meal service options and an industrial kitchen, outdoor patio space, accessible bathrooms and ground level access, a front desk for deliveries and security at all hours, lobby with seating and coat racks, a drive up/drop off parking location, and screens and sound/av throughout the room. The space can also be arranged with up to 3 smaller rooms via partitioned walls.

WEDDING RENTAL RATES

Base price for renting LaSalle for your wedding starts at $1500.

This price includes time with our wedding coordinator to communicate with you and arrange details alongside your team, a sound/AV tech present at the rehearsal and the day of, and a custodian to help with set up/clean up.

Use of Leslie Hall event space in Cornerstone Center varies based on size, needs, etc., but is also an option to rent out for the rehearsal dinner, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, family dinners or community hang out space, dressing/photo space, or the reception/meal/dance floor space.

Our historic Sanctuary located at 1136 N LaSalle is available to rent for weddings, funerals, or other events on a case by case basis. If you’re interested, the first step is to contact our Coordinator who can share more information with you and pricing, and check on availability to see if our space meets your needs. We make our space available for funerals, memorial services, baptisms, and weddings whenever possible as a way to welcome and extend sacred hospitality to those both within and outside of our church community.

A FEW FACTS

Our Sanctuary seats 200 people arranged in pews, with accessible seating for wheelchairs and a lift from the ground floor. The front stage has a built in pulpit on the side and moveable table, music stands, and space for speakers/musicians. There is a large screen in front for slides, music, photos, etc., as well as a sound board with technician. The space is heated and has AC, and some in-house decorative options including candles, tulle to hang from the rafters, greenery, vestments to hang, etc.

In the lower level there are our restrooms, nursery space, a kitchenette with large serving counter, open gathering space (fits 6-8 round tables and/or chairs, cocktail tables), and multiple doors leading outside to the side park and the back exit. Parking is not provided, but can be secured nearby in lots or via street parking.
