Cornerstone Center Rentals
Cornerstone Center is LaSalle Street Church’s nonprofit, located at 1111 N Wells St. It houses office space to lease for non-profit tenants, kitchen use and catering, and large event space available for rent to the community.

Our large event space in Cornerstone, Leslie Hall, holds 200 at tables, has full meal service options, an industrial kitchen, outdoor patio space, accessible bathrooms and ground level access, a front desk for deliveries and security at all hours, lobby with seating and coat racks, a drive up/drop off parking location, and screens and sound/av.
This space can also be into 3 smaller rooms via partitioned walls within the large space. Food can be catered, delivered and warmed here, or prepared on site. Custodians on our janitorial staff can provide set up, clean up services, and arrange the space ahead of time according to your needs.

OFFICES TO RENT
Cornerstone Center is a five-story building with various tenants, and from time to time space is available to rent on an annual lease basis.
All floors are accessible by a central double elevator from the lobby. Every office space contains sunny window views, blinds, locked access, and can be outfitted with remodeled room layout, furniture, and updated carpet, paint, walls as needed. Each of our five floors contains their own common restrooms, a kitchen/pantry, and stairway access. Phone and internet providers, garbage and custodian services, and ac/heat and water are also included for tenants.
