SCHOLARSHIPS & HOW TO PAY

We would like every member of our church community to attend the Retreat. So please:

  • Pay the full cost if you can.
  • Ask for scholarship money if you need it (please contact Kristen Metz in the church office to specifying the amount you are in need of).
  • Assist with the scholarships if you are able.

FULL WEEKEND RATES:

Includes 2 nights, 5 meals, a fully -planned weekend to build community with your Church Family, full access to recreational activities available, meetng space, Friday night prayer service, campfire on Friday night, childcare for your children and Wonderland Cafe.

Hotel Lodging

$165/person

$195/single occupancy

Private bathroom, linens provided.  Each room has 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch.

Standard Lodging

$120/person

$150/single room

2 people/room; shared bathrooms; linens included.

Quad Lodging

$110/person

4 people/room; 2 bunk bed sets, linens included; Shared bathrooms.

Dorm

NOTE: Teens are automatically placed in this lodging selection. Additional buildings reserved for adults (male and female divisions) who would like to stay here.

$100 /person

Teens and adults will be housed separately.  Bunk sets.  Linens NOT included.

Camping (Tent)

$93 / site (remaining family members charged separately for length of stay as commuters)

MAXIMUM FAMILY FEE

If you choose to take advantage of the maximum family fee you may not choose to stay in Hotel lodging.  You will be placed in the best housing option available, but to ensure a spot for yourself in Hotel lodgin you must pay the full price.

COMMUTER RATES:

Full Weekend: $60

Saturday Only: $50

Sunday Only: $30

A non-refundable deposit of $50 per adult must be received with your registration.

Please note: Children 12yrs and older will be automatically place in the Jr/Sr High Dorm.  To avoid this, please register your child as an adult.  All youth 12yrs and older, registered as such, must stay in the dorm.  If you would like your youth to stay with you in your room they must be registered as an adult.  We are charged  per person by Camp Wonderland for people over the age of 12.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Volunteer Opportunities for a Discount

To make this retreat as enjoyable as possible for everyone and to give people an opportunity to defray their own cost a bit we are allowing people the chance to volunteer for an hour at a time for a $5 discount.  If you volunteer to help with children’s programming during our speaker then it will be a $20 discount.

15. High Ropes Course

We will have the high ropes course available to us on Saturday afternoon.  If you would like to participate, please sign-up early, as it will be available to the first 40 people that sign up. 

By indicating here how many of your family/group would like to participate, you can register your spot and $20 per person will be added to your total fee.

  • A receipt detailing your total cost will be provided after clicking “Submit Registration.” A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due upon registering. You may choose to pay this or the full amount.
  • Return to this registration page.
  • Click on the link below to be taken to the Online Giving login page.
  • Enter your username and password. If you have not created a username and password, please follow directions to create one under the “New User Login” box.
  • Under the "Gift" section of the sign-up, when asked "How much would you like to give?" Enter the amount due for your accomodations or your full deposit. Also include any scholarship money that you are donating in this total as well.
