Seeking Communications / Projects Coordinator for LaSalle Street Church CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A FULL JOB DESCRIPTION. (Select CommProjects Coord Description.doc file in list.) Responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of running a comprehensive communications department. Excellent writing skills and project management a must. Responsible for executing internal/external communication projects and maintaining website and online properties. At least 1-2 years marketing/communications experience required, including: graphic design/publishing, email marketing, assistance with event planning and coordination, web development and writing marketing materials. Exercise excellent judgment in potentially sensitive interactions with church congregants, Elder Board and other audiences. Must be capable of acting independently to complete complex projects with minimal supervision and within aggressive deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Web experience. College degree required, nonprofit experience preferred.
